Kudos to Chef Cole and Chew ‘n Style. His attention to detail is par excellence - I especially liked the personalized menus. The menu options provide a wide array of choices. The food was flavorful…absolutely delicious….the salmon Rangoon, the okra tomato stew with the dirty rice pilaf, and the marry me chicken were my favorites. How could I forget the croissant, banana foster bread pudding! Everything was wonderful!

His menu choices are both delicious and creative. The dishes he offer have so much range as his knack for culinary creativity leads him to a blend of flavors I would have not thought to piece together myself. Chef Cole truly listens to create the experience that you want. Really good quality, well seasoned dishes, great variety, extremely reliable and consistent. I highly recommend Chew ‘n Style not just for their food, but for their communication and professionalism behind the scenes as well.

From dishes he was “experimenting” with to your classic/everyday dishes, I’ve never not enjoyed my food from Chew ‘N Style! Not to mention his attention to detail in the ingredient selection, preparation & final display set him apart from the rest. And I’m somewhat of a picky eater but I ALWAYS trust whatever comes out of his kitchen lol

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Chew N Style. I have utilized him for meal prepping services, and have been fortunate enough to attend events where he’s been the hired caterer. Just know, in every circumstance, the quality and execution of food has exceeded my expectations. On top of being customer oriented, he also has a true love for the culinary arts that comes through in everything he does. I never have to worry about food being flavorful and balanced when it comes to him. He’s also not afraid to take chances or make recommendations, which you want in a vendor partnership. Don’t delay, he’s the best choice for whatever you’re looking for!

The standout? The famous holiday classic Coquito—reimagined as vegan yet still impossibly rich, smooth, and layered. It delivers an amazing flavor profile that honors tradition while boldly elevating it. You don’t miss a thing—except maybe your assumptions about what vegan can be. The food overall showcases real depth and creativity, with flavors that linger and combinations that feel both thoughtful and exciting. Every dish tells a story, and every plate feels curated, not rushed. That stuffed Salmon… Sent from heaven!!!
